Reflexology Bliss (Hand and Feet Massage)

A system of massage used to ease tension and treat illness throughout the body; this treatment focuses on pressure points and energy zones in the hands and feet linked to corresponding organs and systems. As relaxing as it is beneficial, this treatment is ideal for anyone spending lots of time on their feet, uses their hands excessively, or needs an immunity boost. It is also a perfect way to provide healing to areas of the body that cannot receive traditional massage. Pure Bliss’s own gentle Body Butter infused with Pure Bliss exclusive detoxifying Cleansing Essential Oil serves to soften hands and feet and promote whole body health. Hot Stones include with this treatment!

Integrated Style of massage consist of different modalities combined into one session. Common modalities used are an infusion of Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Stretch Therapy. Each session will be tailored to each clients needs. Pressure varies from Light-Deep. You can let your therapist know what type of pressure you prefer upon your visit. **Each session will include Warm Towels**

(Mobile) Bliss Massage

For all mobile appointments I charge the service fee in addition to a $1 per mile mileage fee. I allot 10 free miles from this address, (Winsham Drive Columbia SC 29229) to your address. Please leave your address in the notes section when booking. A invoice for mileage will be sent once your booking is secured. Add warm towels for $10 extra. Blissful Meltdown Massage

Heated basalt stones are applied with a Swedish Style Massage melt away all of the cares of the world with this soothing and relaxing massage. Stones will be used on 4 targeted areas.

Full Body Blissful Exfoliation

A full body exfoliation. Starting with the healthy ritual of dry brushing, decadent rosè lush scrub, a relaxing shower, followed by warm moisturizing oil. ***Lake Carolina Location ONLY***

Stretch Therapy Bliss

The Massage therapist stretches the client with specific, assisted yoga poses. As the therapist stretches the client, they also massage along energy lines or points. This treatment is performed clothed (in clothing that allows for movement; ie shorts) on a massage table or mat that is placed on the floor. Therapeutic Stretch Massage has many benefits including relaxation, stress reduction, improved circulation, increased energy, increased flexibility, improved range of motion, centers mind and body, and more!

Power Nap

Power naps are invigorating short naps that countermeasure against fatigue and stress. Power naps can improve your memory, keep you alert and attentive, help you perform better physically and mentally and elevate your mood! This Add On is perfect for those that are just not ready to get off the table after a bliss filled massage! So hey stay a little while and get recharged by adding a "power nap" to your experience! 30 mins. Cool or Warm eye compress. Pillows, table warmer and extra blankets are available.

Blissful Date Night

This romantic evening begins at Pure Bliss Private Studio located in Lake Carolina, relaxing side by side in our couples room, each with your own massage therapist and table, for full body Swedish Massages (60 minutes). Next followed by dinner and drinks sponsored by Get in My Belly Catering Services. (Dinner will include a 3 course meal)

Four Handed Blissful Massage

In a four-hands massage, two therapists work on one client, often using synchronized moves. A four-hands massage can be like experiencing two full body massages at the same time. Good massage therapists will use the client’s body as a form of canvas onto which they choreograph slow, detailed moves of varying paces and pressures. Service includes warm towels and complimentary wine!

Prenatal Bliss Massage

There's nothing like a soothing massage to rub away the pains and strains of pregnancy... Services are only rendered if client is outside of her first trimester and due date isn’t within a months time of deliver.
